Our promise

Four commitments behind everything we develop.

Authored

Signature finishes are developed by our lead artist, and every artwork is curated for the space it will occupy.

Sampled & approved

Physical samples, mock-ups and artwork proposals are signed off before anything reaches site.

Documented

Technical data, method statements and batch records for every finish, ready for specification and approval.

Backed by aftercare

Care and maintenance guides at handover, with warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What we do

Four services, one point of accountability.

Signature & Complementary Surfaces + Art

Signature finishes developed in-house by lead artist Dina Khataan, alongside complementary architectural surfaces delivered under the same programme and quality standard.

The finish library

Most surfaces are selected. Ours are developed.

A selection from the library. Each finish is sampled for the project and tuned in colour, depth and texture. Physical samples are available on request.

Material control · Designed to age

Developed for the second decade, not the handover photograph.

A surface is specified once and lived on for years. Systems are chosen against the real conditions of the space.

Selected for the site

  1. AbrasionScratch and abrasion resistance set to the traffic of floors and counters
  2. ChemicalsCleaning agents, chemical exposure and staining
  3. UV exposureControllable UV resistance, matched to the light each space receives
  4. Thermal movementMovement of the substrate and joints
  5. Fire & slipFire performance and slip resistance where specified

Responsible materials

  1. Zero-VOC systemsResin and coating systems
  2. Food-safe optionsFor counters, tables and serving surfaces
  3. No demolitionSeamless surfaces poured over existing substrates
  4. Mixed to the areaBatches sized to reduce waste and offcuts
  5. RepairableRefinishable surfaces that extend service life
  6. Data for every systemSupplier data sheets and safety data sheets

Workshop

Our finishes are not imported. They are developed here.

Every signature finish in the MOOG library was formulated, tested and proven in Jebel Ali — against the humidity, the light and the substrates of this region. It is why a sample takes days rather than a shipping cycle, and why a colour is matched to your drawing instead of to a catalogue.

How we work

Most projects begin as a question, not a specification.

Every project moves through the same stages, with a sign-off at each, so the designer and contractor always know what is approved, what is in production and what reaches site next.

Brief & review

Drawings, finish intent, substrate, area and programme reviewed together.

Develop

The lead artist develops colour, depth and texture as physical sample boards.

Engineer

System, build-up and method statement defined for the site conditions.

Approve

Sample and full-size mock-up signed off in writing. Itemised pricing confirmed.

Produce

Panels, castings and pieces made in the workshop with batch records.

Apply & install

Applied and installed on site under MOOG supervision, to the approved sample and method statement.

Handover

Snagging, care guide and warranty managed by MOOG.

Why MOOG

Finishes found nowhere else

Signature finishes developed in-house by an award-winning lead artist.

Single point of accountability

One team from the first sample to handover, with progress reported at every stage.

The finish is yours

Bring the reference you could not source. We develop it for your project alone.

Sample before site

Approved boards and mock-ups are the benchmark. Nothing is applied before sign-off.

Documented quality

Inspection and test plan hold points, batch records and a scored release against the approved sample.

Capacity when it counts

Our Jebel Ali workshop plus audited production partners for scale and additional trades.

Designed to age

Systems chosen for abrasion, chemicals, UV and heat, then maintained with aftercare.

Built in the UAE

Delivered for government, hospitality and F&B clients from our Jebel Ali workshop.
